Nortada Nortada

The Nortada, originally built by Guy Couach in France, is a fiberglass live-aboard vessel that serves as a diving live aboard in the Galapagos Islands. Nortada has 7-night and 14-night cruises to the north of the islands, including Wolf and Darwin.

Nortada, while not being a luxurious vessel is distinguished by its attentive service and well-trained crew who understand the needs of the Galapagos Marine Reserve's scuba diving visitors. The price and the service is comparable with other liveaboards in Galapagos that can accommodate 16 passengers. Nortada’s arrangement of eight guests allows for more encounters with marine wildlife and better diver supervision. The result is a more personal, safer dive: an exclusive product that can't be found on any other boat.

Two dive masters will be diving out of two tenders for all full FIT departings. The result is better diving and greater chances of seeing even the most difficult marine life. A higher supervision ratio makes diving safer, as it accommodates different levels of expertise and air.
Consumption and interest.

Nortada is a fantastic option to run charters with small groups. It allows travel agents to provide guaranteed departures throughout the year and retailers to easily fill up departures.

Nortada supports other specialized activities, such as technical and rebreather diving, super-yacht expeditions for private use, privacy enhancements and interest-based departures.
